Adult Pickleball Instructional Clinic

Description: Learn how to play the most popular sport!
Formal instruction is provided to beginners (new to the sport of pickleball) to learn the fundamentals of the game as well as the primary rules. There is also a session for intermediates that will provide instruction on skill development and strategy in games.
Participants may only enroll in one section and only those registered may attend.

Eligibilty: Adults ages 18 and up. Recommended for those new to the sport that have never participated in an instructional clinic prior.

Schedule:
Section C1 - Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. Rain Date: July 31
Section C2 - Wednesdays: 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Rain Date: September 4

Location: Loughlin Avenue Park Courts, Cos Cob.

Fees: Please see fees listed in the Activity Search below. Please note the year, fees subject to change. There are no refunds and we do not pro-rate fees. Requests for credit will only be considered if received in writing, prior to the start of the program. There is a $20 administrative fee for cancellation credits.

Participant Information:
• Must wear sneakers.
• All pickleball equipment will be provided.
• Participants that have their own racquet are encouraged to bring it.
• Bring a bottle filled with water or sports drink.

General Activity Waitlist Policy
Once maximum enrollment has been reached for activity registration, a participant may elect to be placed on a waitlist. Should additional registration spots become available, those on the waitlist will be contacted in numerical order. Once contacted, if the person is still interested in enrollment in the activity, they will have two business days to make payment for the activity fee. If complete payment is not made within two business days, that person will be removed from the waitlist and the next person on the waitlist will be contacted. If the waitlisted person is no longer interested in registering for the activity, then the next person on the waitlist will immediately be contacted. Additionally, if the waitlisted person declines to respond to the Department of Parks and Recreation within two business days, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted.
