Adult Basketball League
Description: Register your team to play basketball this winter in either the Resident, Corporate, or 40+ League. Teams will play 1 or 2 games per week throughout the season, with playoffs and a championship at the end of the season. Resident and Corporate teams may play in a combined single league, depending on the number of teams.
Eligibility
The Resident League and the 40+ League are for residents only. Each team in the Resident and 40+ Leagues may have up to 2 non-residents (non-resident fee applies).
The Corporate League is for employees of Greenwich corporations who work at the Greenwich location. Each team in the Corporate League may have up to 2 Greenwich residents, who do not work for their company.
Schedule
The season begins December 4, 2023. Games take place Monday through Thursday evenings.
The Resident League and 40+ League teams play at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
The Corporate League teams play at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The schedule will be announced by November 27, 2023.

Games will be played at Central & Eastern Middle Schools
Fees
$450 Team Entry Fee, Payable to Town of Greenwich. See below for additional fees required for each team.
• $400 Forfeit Bond for Resident and Corporate Teams, Payable to John Inesta (Basketball Referee Assigner)
• $25 fee per non-resident on Resident and 40+ teams, Payable to Town of Greenwich
ALL TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY $75 CASH PER GAME TO THE REFEREES
*We accept all major credit cards for registration. There are no refunds and we do not pro-rate fees.
Requests for credit will only be considered if received in writing prior to the start of the program.
There is a $15 administrative fee for credits and a $25 fee for any returned checks.
Registration:
Opens October 1, 2023. Team Registration Card entry fee, and forfeit bond (if applicable) are due no later than October 27, 2023. Registration card, fees, and forfeit bond can be turned in to the Department of Parks and Recreation, or mailed to:
