ATTENTION SENIORS: Renew Your OnePass Early and Avoid the Spring Rush!

We encourage seniors to take advantage of our early access period for renewing your 2025-2029 Senior Residency and Senior Park Pass. Once your residency is verified, we will automatically renew your Senior Park Pass.

Important Information:
• Keep Your OnePass Card: Don’t discard your current OnePass card. This card will be re-activated upon renewal.

• 2025 Renewal for Other Family Members: Starting in January 2025, renewals for additional family members and other OnePass benefits - including golf, parks, tennis, pickleball, and marine facilities, will become available.

Proof of Residency Requirements:
To confirm residency, provide two of the following proofs for the first senior and one proof for each additional senior:

• Utility Bill (gas, electric, oil, water)
• Cable, telephone, internet, or cell phone bill
• 12-month residential lease
• Credit card, checking account, or healthcare statement
• Driver’s License or CT DMV ID card
No mortgage, loan, insurance, or tax statements

Each proof must include the resident's name, address, and a current date. Please redact any sensitive information, like account or license numbers.

How to Submit Your Renewal:
• Please Sign In to your account to complete the online form below and upload your proofs of residency.
• In-Person Senior Renewal Walk-in Schedule Bring your current OnePass card and proofs of residency with you.
Mail in form: If you prefer to mail in your residency proofs, please print the Senior Renewal Form and mail in with required documents listed above.
